Bella Poarch's birth Filipino parents had her in the Philippines in the Philippines on February 9 in 1997. Her mother was living in slums with her parents before she reached when she was 3 years old. Then she was adopted. The parents she adopted are American white who has military experience, while her mother is Filipino.
