Anne Phung Nguyen

My name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in the beautiful Orange County California with my amazing fiance JP and extremely happy Dad Henry. People often recognize me as @annephung on Instagram which is where I share my journey - from the highs and lows. When I was in 1990, I moved to America together with my family, including my brothers and parents at the age of one and a half. Without my parents' passion for hard work and sacrifice and sacrifice, I wouldn't be with you sharing my journey. Being aware of the possibility for a better life, I worked hard to impress them and had a clear vision for the success. Within my head, I had a plan for life. Attend college, and then graduate. Be married. Buy a house. Get kids. I thought that was the ultimate definition of success. however, life has other plans to show me the meaning of success. The year 2013 brought me to the realization that the job I was in didn't feel like a good fit for me. Even though the compensation and position was good however, I wasn't sure if the work was satisfying. It was more like I was simply wasting my time. In 2013, I realized that my passion was fitness. I also loved having fun and being able to aid other people. As I moved towards this direction change in my life, I discovered private training. In 2014, I started my own small business which will mark the 7th anniversary of my company by 2021. Being an Asian woman in the industry, there are very few of us. To lead in my industry and to offer quality coaching, to enable others to achieve better health and happiness through creating a lifestyle tailored to their specific needs and goals. It is my aim to encourage others to chase their goals and lead the lives they've always wanted. When my professional career began to flourish, I experienced one of the greatest losses in my life - my mom's loss of life. She fought a long and arduous battle with Scleroderma and is resting in Heaven as well as with me in my thoughts and my heart all the time. Although you may not be able to see the signs at first, God has a funny way of offering us the things we need. There are many ways that my mother's passing changed me. It is my belief that she offered me another chance to live through her demise. When she passed away in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was time for her to begin the next chapter of her life. It was also a chance for me to have my second chance at living an enjoyable, fulfilling and fulfilling life. In my 30's I'm alive and alert. I truly feel like I'm living my life today instead of merely surviving as I was in my past. The purpose of the story I am sharing is to inform you that, you are not the only one. I want you to believe that love is real and that therapy can be normal. Your health is your most valuable asset. I wish you to live your life to its fullest and end it without regrets because death is the sole thing that is promised to all of us during our lives.
